At Fragrance Craft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent exchange and return process.
1. Return & Exchange Period
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any perfume bottle within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is not damaged and has not been significantly used.
2. Condition of Returns
o be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure:
- The perfume is returned in its original box.
- All original packaging, including pouches, caps, and inserts, is included.
- The bottle shows no signs of physical damage or excessive use.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sample Sets – Due to hygiene and testing purposes, sample sets cannot be returned or refunded.
- Promotional Offers – Products purchased under offers such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free, bundle deals, clearance sales, or special promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Individual Bottles from Gift Sets – If a fragrance set or bundle was purchased, the complete set must be returned. Individual bottles cannot be returned separately.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for returning the product using a reliable and trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Charges:
Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method (or as otherwise agreed).
